The first two videos in our series are from Dr. Melinda Laituri's presentation at the October 16th GIS Alley meeting.  Melinda Laituri is a professor in the Forest Rangeland and Watershed Stewardship Department at Colorado State University.

In the first interview, Dr. Laituri discusses the initiatives underway at Colorado State University to develop a centralized GIS (Geographic Information System) program and resource center.  The interview is hosted by Kelly Peters, COO for the Rocky Mountain Innovation Initiative.

In the second interview, Dr. Laituri provides an overview of geospatial research projects taking place in a variety of departments at CSU.
